How to configure Simple IVRS?

To Create Simple IVRS 

Adding Employees

Enter Cloud Telephony tab



Select Employees



Click on Add New



Enter the Name,Mobile number of the Employee



Click Save



   Adding Departments
Select Departments



Click on Add New



Enter the Name of the Department and select Employees in the Department.



Click on Save 



  Creating Text to Speech
Select Text to Speach



Enter the Audio Name,Audio Type,voice and Message Text to create Audio.



Click on Save

Select Cloud Phone Config



Select Simple IVRS



Select Announcement Audio.



Select IVRS Audio.



Select DTMF,Departments.



Select Timings,Non Office Hours Audio.



Select Voice Mail Audio, Enter SMS To Caller,SMS To Admin,Email Subject,Email Text.



Click on Save.
