How to Configure Sticky Agent for IVRS?


How to add a Sticky Agent?

Select Cloud Phone from Conversations:

Click on Apps from Manage

Click on Sticky Agent 2.0 from Cloud Phone Apps:

Click on Add New:

Enter the Name, select Audio, No DTMF,If Answered Go To App, If Not Answered Go To App:

Click on Save:

Sticky Agent added successfully:

How to edit a Sticky Agent?

Click on Edit icon in Sticky Notes:

Enter the details to modify and click on Update:

Updated successfully:

How to delete a Sticky Agent?

Click on Delete icon in Stick note:

Stick Note deleted successfully:
