Select Cloud Phone from Conversations:



Click on Apps from Manage



Click on Google Hangout 2.0 from CloudPhone Apps:



Click on Add New:



Enter Name,URL,Message,Go To App:



Click on Save:

Click on Edit icon in Google Hangout Chat:
