How to add a Fresh Desk?
Select Cloud Phone from Conversations:
Click on Apps from Manage:
Click on Fresh Desk 2.0 from CloudPhone Apps:
Click on Add New:
Enter the Name,API Key,Password,Domain,Priority,Send Audio File,Ticker Message,Subject,Status,Source,Custom Post Field,Go To App:
Click on Save:
How to edit an Fresh Desk ?
Click on Edit icon after selecting Fresh Desk 2.0 from Apps:
Enter the details to modify and click on Update:
Fresh Desk updated successfully:
How to delete a Fresh Desk ?
Click on Delete icon in the Fresh Desk:
Fresh Desk deleted successfully:
