How many outbound calls can be generated at once?

The number of outbound calls you can generate at once depends on your business's number of channel lines. 

Every plan in SaleSquared would be in either

1. Unlimited Channels type or
2. Unlimited calls type 
    

1. Unlimited channels:
These plans will practically allow 1000 channels for inbound and outbound calls by default.

2. Unlimited calls:

In this mode, only two third of the channel lines are used for making outbound calls, and the remaining one-third is reserved for receiving incoming calls. 

For example, if your business has 12 channel lines, eight channels are used for making outbound calls, and four are reserved for receiving incoming calls. As a call will utilize two channel lines to generate one outbound call, having eight channel lines will generate four parallel calls.
