**Missed call:** When you receive a call on your Virtual number and none of your agents answers the call, it is a missed call.
**Lost call:** The number of calls that do not land on your SaleSquared DID/Virtual number due to limited channels, no call balance, no subscription validity, are known as lost calls.
For example, suppose you have two channel lines. That means your team can handle two calls at a single point in time. The 3rd and subsequent calls would be treated as lost calls.
