We carefully allow businesses to make outgoing calls as we can track these using a background check. Certain companies may still use it for promotional or spam calls, so make sure you speak to your IT team about any specific needs.
You cannot use SaleSquared to make unwanted promotional calls. We use the spam control method to analyze if calls made are spam and are bound to terminate outgoing services upon the same.
In case one of your customers files a DND complaint, we are asked by telecom providers to submit the opt-in proof in 24 hours, and we will be asking you for the same. Failing to provide the same would also result in the termination of the outgoing services.
