The live call widget gives you detailed information about the current call, such as its duration, who is attending it and an option to transfer the call to another agent. Not just that, you can perform actions like call hangup, call transfer and add notes while attending the call. In addition, an automatic live call widget pop-up will appear whenever there is a call to the Logged in agent.
