How many parallel incoming calls I can receive on my virtual number?

One active call takes one Channel. A channel has 2 line, one for incoming call to the IVR number and the second line for making a call to the agent in the department.

So, the number calls you can receive depends on the channels you would get along with the plan.

Check you invoice or My Plan for the channel limit.
