You can install the Google Chrome extension to make outbound calls.
Install the SaleSquared Google Chrome Extension. |
After installing the extension click on the extension.
Now you have to click on the configuration.
Enter the Virtual number linked with your account, Agent Number, and API Key:
Click on Save:
After saving the configuration details select the mobile number and right-click on it.
Click on the call to number SaleSquared:
The agent will receive the first call if the agent answers the second call will be generated to the caller number.
