Does SaleSquared have enough infrastructure to handle the our customer's call loads?

Yes, we do. We are a cloud provider, and we're always looking for ways to improve our operations, including making sure we can continue to grow. There are people in the company whose job is to plan and estimate how much work we can do daily. We also plan for spikes in demand (during festivals, etc.) in advance, so our customers don't have to worry about it.
