How does pricing work for the voice calls?

1Answer

SaleSquared charges voice calls on a per-leg basis:

1. Inbound Calls

  1. An Inbound call to an App is a single-legged call ~ When a call lands on a customer-facing number, it gets to an App like missed call, a webhook or a Freshdesk app. The rate per call is calculated as per the pulse associated with your plan.
  2. An Inbound call to an Agent is a double-legged call ~ When a call lands on a customer-facing number, i.e. Call Leg 1, SaleSquared dials an agent number to connect the customer’s call, i.e. Call Leg 2. The rate per call is calculated as per the pulse individually both Call Leg 1 and Call Leg 2.

2. Outbound calls - An Outbound call is a double-legged call ~ When an agent calls a customer, SaleSquared first dials the agent's number and then dials the customer's number to connect them over a virtual number (VN)/ DID.
