What are Call Events in call logs? How can I view the same for my calls?


Call events act as audit logs of every call. They are available for all IVR incoming and outgoing calls of your account.

Call events are step by step explanations of all activities/events that took place during that call. That includes the time of call received, Welcome prompt and menu message played, DTMF inputs by clients (if any), departments or users dialled, the modules passed, the status of the call, time the caller hung up the call, etc.

To access Call Events, select Cloudphone from Conversations.

Select Inbound Call Log.

Select Date and click on Show.

Click on the + icon.

Click on Event.

The Call Event Log will be diplayed.
