Why is there difference in call duration mentioned in Logs & Caller's Mobile?

The call duration on caller phones starts when the call is connected to the IVR, whereas the call lands on IVR a few seconds prior to getting connected and the caller mostly listens to a dialing tone.

The call duration on IVR stops when all the data processing is done on the IVR Server and this generally takes a couple of seconds more to update the database post to the Callers call completion.

Both the events create a difference in the duration the callers see on their mobiles and on the Logs panel. This difference will not be more than 5 seconds in duration.
