How to Configure Inbound call to Bitrix24?

Login to the** Bitrix portal** through your Login credentials.

Click on Market:



Select Development Resources:



Select Common User case:



Select Others:



Select Inbound Webhook:



Select telephony.externalcall.register in method and Copy the URL into a notepad:



Click on Save:



Now we have to Integrate the Salesquared Inbound call to the Bitrix.

After login to the salesquared.

Select Cloud Telephony from Conversations:



Click on the APPS:



Click on Bitrix:



Click on Add New:



Enter the name, Paste the URL Copies from Bitrix which is shown in the above, and select the GOTO app:



Click on save:



Now when ever you receive a call to the company number the contact will be added to the Bitrix.

By clicking on the CRM it will show the Deals with activities:
